Team mate and TeamWork

Having an experience in a teamwork is a good chance, feeling resbonsibility for a team, not just for your self. For me a team is “Live and Die Together” to extremely indeed haha. That quotes applied in some condition, not every time. Some how you might be thinking stepping forward for your own self get success for your purpose. But it doesn’t apply within working in a team. Because your team means army,squad,troops, and power. Without your team, surely you are powerless, unless you are a superman .

So i would share some tips and trick when you’re in a team. Hope this usefull

4. Share
5. Solving together
6. Stick together
7. Gracefully

Don’ts

1. Underestimate your team mate
2. Judge your mate publicly
3. Leaving behind
4. Letting do wrong
5. miss communication
6. Keeping your ego
